Author Topic: $500 or less laptop/desktop  (Read 576 times)

Im wanting to save up for a laptop or desktop, but i want to get the best for my buck.I found this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834115855
but,i'm wondering if there are any cheaper ones out there with the same specs. If you could find a desktop with close to the same specs for a cheaper price, that would be great.
Here is a desktop i found too.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883114090

Go for a Desktop if you don't need a laptop. You could get a desktop with the same specs as a laptop for cheaper.

i dont need a laptop. Is that desktop good for gamming right now,if i get it I would upgrade it,just not right when i got it.

Desktops generally last longer than laptops. The computer i have now is good and i just got it. If you want a really good one go on officemax and search an hp pavilion. Mine was a bit more because it was 1Tb but they have a 750Gb for 480 bucks.

by the way the graphics card is good. I get no or very little lag on steam.

wait,i just found this desktop.

I have in total $175 right now,and included in that is a walmart gift card so i might have to buy from walmart.

before you buy anything look at a lot of reviews. If you don't, then the computer may not be as good as you would want it to be.

i personalized this on the dell website:

It's funny because the most your PC will recognize is 8 and that's if you have a 64-bit OS.
