Would this CPU work?

So I have a 2GHz Pentium 4, and I wanted to get a faster processor with some of my Christmas money.

My budget is ~$35.


So I suppose the max FSB mine can handle is 400MHz, right?
Should I keep looking?

Also want to note that I cannot overclock. I can't edit BIOS settings needed to OC.

EDIT: I'm noticing my FSB spiking to ~550MHz in another program.

I'd say not to even bother with it.
Pentium 4's are so old that getting a higher clock speed won't make much of a difference at all.

Best to just start saving up for a new PC.

You can't get a much better processor for 35$

Save up like 150 and get a new mobo+processor combo. :o
