Author Topic: I'm extending my knowledge on Halo. Woo.  (Read 1960 times)

In the event that I puzzled on which board to post on, I post in off-topic.
Deal with it.

So, I have been spending a couple hours reading Halopedia for the past 3 hours. Among the 5 visble tabs in my IE browser, I have another 36 waiting to be opened and read. I realised that there is a much better story that is not mentioned by the games, and is quite scientificly correct. From what we know anyways.

So anywho, everytime I read a tab COMPLETELY, every time I find a subject I want to know about, or one I don'y know about, *Middle-Click* New tab.

I'm so nerdy lol.

now use wiki to get from arbiter to tea partys

Halo is a pretty straightforward story. Anytime they'd bring up something interesting like the Forerunners they'd say," We don't know anything about them." leaving a whole great concept left open. Lazy on Bungie's part

The same goes for World of Warcraft. The story is far more interesting then the game itself.

Strange thing is, on this Wiki, a whole stuffton of stuff is known about the Forerunners.

Plus, in the Tab I just read, I opened up another 16. :C

Well it must be from Reach because in 1, 2, 3, and the prequel book there was nothing about them

Guess what: new book.

Forerunner series. Look it up.

Ironically, some of those books are made by one of the lead writers (coughEricNylundcough).

It was from either the graphic novels or that halo ledgends cartoon, because everything was drawn like a cartoon.

Also, I was reading about Boren's Syndrome when I found a picture posted by MegaScience. And I swear reading somewhere that MegaScientifical used that name somewhere.

I've freed many topics on very hard to spot misspellings.

I have to say that The Spirit of Fire is the coolest looking ship in the entire halo universe.

Then read the ENTIRE wiki and you shall be interested.

Maybe you should try buying the Halo Encylopedia.  I got it for Christmas and haven't really got into it much but I'm sure it has a lot of confirmed lore and stuff.
