If people submit patches to me then I'll happily upload them. I can't scour the forums looking for patches for things I don't know are broken. RTB never made any claim to maintain other people's add-ons - it's a hosting service. I'm not going to fix other people's add-ons, I'm not going to regularly test them. If they break then it's down to the author and the community to resolve it and I'll assist by uploading a fix if the submitter is unable to. That's it.
