Kalphiter, I got a warning about using the default minigame in the online server starter / stopper. It asked me to install a recommend minigame mod stored in the /screenshot folder, but there isn't one. That folder doesn't even exist.

A free product, sure, the creator's attitude doesn't really matter.
However, if money gets involved OR it's a "social" service (for example, a file sharing site or a chat server), then I'd say that the creator's attitude absolutely does matter. With hosting services it's extra important since it's both of them.

The point to argue that him being a jerk has no relevance to his job. His job is to basically "clean up the forums". Remove spam, report posts that broke rules and lock pointless and stupid threads.

So long as he isn't breaking any rules (which I know he isn't dumb enough to do), him being a jerk is just him being a jerk. It doesn't make him unprofessional because it has no direct relation to his job.
