You say in the OP that the server has 8GB RAM.
How can you offer the full 1.67GB RAM that blockland uses (hypothetically) to 22 clients?
Do you just cross your fingers that the servers don't user up too much?

Because the "real" ram requirement is 36.74GB.

It's very difficult to reach said RAM limit, and if you go over it, the server will crash anyways.
