I recived the bill payment request thing though paypal.
I went on to the paypal account like before, but apparently the card my mother put money on for me was not already on that account.
I tryed to add the card to the account, and it said I need to verifiy the paypal account first.
That required getting some kind of information from her bank.
I don't really understand this, and apparently she didn't feel like looking for the information or whatever.
So you need to allow people to pay stright with credit cards, or wait until tomarrow (at the soonest) so my mother can either put money on another card that'll hopefully work with paypal, or get her bank information to verify her paypal account.
