I don't understand what you mean by 'join a service'. All you do is tell him your email address and an amount of time for the server, then he sends you payment requests and server credentials.

Thanks Sheath for bringing this issue up, the OP is misleading. You can pay without a PayPal account, but you need a credit/debit card or bank account to pay.

Because of my server's location, you'll have a not-so-great-ping but North Americans/Europeans will have good pings. It's a good move for your players.

My ping is about 230.

For New Zealand to International game server, that is as good as it tends to get in Blockland.

I only get <100 pings from players in New Zealand  usually.
