What's the problem? I'm trying to help Kalph improve by pointing out the obvious things he's missing. When you run a paid service and have a period where your clients can't access the service they pay for, it's important to explain the problem, what caused it and what has been done to reduce the risk of it happening in future. Not understanding my post isn't a reason to come in here with a sarcastic image, simply don't post at all, thank you.
