I wouldn't doubt someone had already made one. Try searching the GG site for it.

I think all it would take is taking out parts of the engine and modifying it some.

its bad enough having to download people's stupid music files when going to a server.
i dont know if i want to wait to download a altered map.

rename it and put as download in forums. i dont need to be misled thinking its a normal bedroom or whatever
