The FEAR NO ANVIL can manipulate time when it hits an object, meaning it can either.

1. Fail and kill the owner
2. Fail.
3. Have no time manipulation effect, damaging it like a normal hammer
4. Freeze it in time for a few seconds, dealing a slightly higher amount of damage.
5. Freeze it in time permanently, heavily damaging it.
6. Sends half the wall forward in time.
