just a minor thing i need
if you're next to eletricity, you can scale the eletric lines. If any lead to a vehicle, if you shocked teh vehicle with a special gun(makes it so the vehicle is ridable), you can ride the vehicle!
EDIT: there should be an event like SetAsWire and SetAsEletricSource(you would only go on wires connecting to a eletric source, and you'd only connect to wires through the eletric source)
