Another case of irresponsible parents not watching what their young kids do on the net.

Yeah, you're right this is her fault for not watching her child.

So, that means she isn't that good at here job of parenting.

It's from a manga and some people don't like japan.
I think it's more the fact that it's from a yaoi manga. :T

Badspot should get the ESRB to rate this M.
The ESRB does not rate online play. Should be E10+ because of the saves and guns.

ESRB sucks ass. they aren't government owned or regulated.

here is the scam.
a few game publishers and retailers want a way to trick people into thinking that any and all video games are ok to use. so someone creates a fake regulatory company back in the mid 90s some time.
they rate their own games, and from the front end, it actually looks like a government approval. because people are just dumb enough to think its official in any way.

when you guys are saying that badspot should have a rating. you are basically demanding he joins this club of people trying to take advantage of the market, the ones that would just as well kill video games forever if they didn't earn money.
you guys suck.

wal-mart would refuse to carry an unrated game, because they are in it for the money, and is in that club.
but why the hell would you want an independent developer with a digital download game to do it?

edit:

ESRB isnt about ratings for appropriate ages, they are not trying to protect anyone. or are doing you a favor.
Its a scam to sell video games. and to control who CAN sell video games in what stores. its about the loophole monopoly.

That, and apparently all the violence possible will never be worse than a the tiniest bit of nudity.
And "swear" words, as in 'harsh language' is considered, which the whole idea of "bad" words is just wrong anyway.

haha "crawford" in her email
That's the last name of this really annoying chick at my school, maybe there's relations  :cookieMonster:

Serious question here. Have you ever actually thought about implementing an ESRB rating into the game? If so, what (in your opinion) do you think it would be rated?
E. I seem to remember something about online interactions not being rated by the esrb

You should tell the Brit that America has the First Amendment and their country can't do anything about it! Muahaha.

She could probably convince Obama to change it, that wouldn't surprise me.

When I said that, I was thinking that parents have to know what to expect when they read the pointless rating. Preventing most of these idiot parents. However then there would be less buys of Blockland itself.

Oh dear, she is going to inform the media! :O
