The bullstuff ambassador program; I noticed even Kongregate has a thread against it and several other places. It's a stupid idea.
Anyway I was fortunate enough to find the version after searching every place, lol. Here's the pictures, the city of Verrado v2.3.5. I should work on this some more, it's been so long and it still doesn't lag. :D

An overview... a gas station used to be on the platform up there but I think I'll just make it a park or something, cars could never get up the ramp. I liked it there but I started moving it to the previous parking lot with the "Welcome to SPEEDY'S" sign on the wall but I don't know. There's also an underground garage where it's all boarded up, however I never worked on the inside so it's still all green and might be some CFramed bricks sticking out all over the place as far as I know.

A great GUI admin suite my friend and I worked on and completed. It's awesome, does everything you want to do as an admin without chatting all the commands (which I never liked). Could use some color revision, lol.

A view down the main street... from left to right: The library, open for a park or something later, a bakery, a post office, a cafe, apartments, a night club (sponsored by EBR, the group I used to be a part of which was essentially the NWB of Roblox), and more apartments.

Aerial... not much here, but to show off the library. Love that.

A close up of the runaway vehicle ramp. This was the first thing I built to the city then added the street and went from there.

The newest feature, the parking garage... still kind of deciding if I should keep it or not, I like it. I have no idea what the next street down is/will be, any advice would be great. Decor is still being added to this area.

The latest street with more realistic ascending-ness. This will be used for, well, whatever I feel like making if I add on.
Yay.
So yeah, that's it. I still want to make it more roleplay interactive eventually... so whatcha think?
