I've never experienced online problems with a Wii. All the people moaning are likely reposting an opinion that's not their own. An opinion of some DSL Lite user on wireless across the house through thick walls with the microwave on and downloads running.

Please type in your friend's 16-digit friend code and wait for his slow ass to put in yours. -Several games I've played have this feature separate from the Wii's friends.
Also no talking to strangers.

I thought we were talking about technical support originally which is a nightmare anyways.
Anyways, I've only played Mario Kart and SSBB and Brawl was terrible. As Skip said the friending system is bad. Wii was just not meant for online gaming

Just because the monsters are client-sided doesn't mean there isn't any lag, It still has to keep track of the players and what they're using etc.

The only game I tried to play online was SSBB but halfway through the battle I got disconnected :(
