Seriously, if you can't draw eyes (stylized or not), sometimes it forgets up the whole picture.

Same. I took some cheap gloves and cut them in half, seems works pretty well to avoid smudges.

it depends on the material you use. So it probably wouldn't.

I was bored, so I drew this "computer virus creature" thing.

i can't see that work because not only does my hand smudge my drawings but the backs of other pages in my sketchbook also smudge my drawings like hell

try washing the natural oils off your hands before doing anything.

no, it just smudges really easily

i usually try to dry my hands as much as i can before drawing

I do that all the time. When using the paper you need to be very careful. Usually the friction from charcoal allows me to move my hand across the paper, and when I need to move away from it, I just lift it up and place it down again carefully.

I need to start working on drawing faster.
