you kind of already do, just your shapes and stuff are more simple
in fact with practice and effort you could mimic anything i've drawn

I'd prefer to just stick to digital for now.

I also use 3-4 layers


face just stares at the blank screen until her will alone causes lines and colors to manifest

what if you need to change something
draw over it. it depends on style a bit, but just doing stuff all on one layer can be easier than fiddling around with a bunch of crap. plus, it sometimes can give a more 'natural' look

i never make mistakes because im perfect

yeah if you're only using one layer, it's like painting on canvas like van gogh

I usually just do 1 layer for Background, 1 Layer for Linework, and then a individual layer for each color that connects with eachother
at most I tend to get around 5 layers.

they just aren't comfortable to me

i usually end up drawing in the wrong layer because i forget to switch
