In all seriousness the best thing you could do is stare at some half-naked people for the next, I dunno, rest of your life doing art stuff and use that as a reference for anatomy. Or fully naked people, if that floats your boat. I can't judge.

Make sure you position your arm correctly. I found that when I rested my arm in certain ways my hands were unbelievably shaky. Make sure to posture yourself correctly.
