I now know (much to my disappointment) that the scuba items are already in the Steam Workshop, but I've not yet seen the Hannibal mask nor a flower.

Since I've never touched TF2 modelling anybody is free to take these concepts and use them as they wish.

The flower seems to be a favourite, haha. It's been suggested that I add in a ceramic pot, too. :P

Can you draw a richardey for pyro?
(I assume its the flap kind of thing that goes along with penguin suits)

Ha, I like the idea of a richardie for the Pyro! Perhaps have it a little bent or rolled up. I'll see what I can do. :P

Anyway, I've gone with the flower idea seeing as it's apparently the most original (and it's probably the easiest to model):
