While going to get his mail, Carl notices his neighbor bob the love offender looking more weirder than usual. okay he's looking at him really weird he should go back inside. i drew my name on this because i felt like it for some reason.

constructive criticism:
breasts look like balloons
left knee is not placed in the center of the left leg even though left leg is facing towards the... camera(lol).
the shirt should go under the left arm instead of stop at the chest. more realistic.

Other than that, fine job! Much better than any scaley I ever drew(back when i drew things like that).

Dragons aren't really reptiles, it actually depends on the kind of dragon one is depicting.
