I drew a cartoonish dragon. It's a little distorted because of my scanner.

i think i'm more concerned on why his wings are floating behind his back, not actually connected to his body.

Yeah I've stuck with this style so far for the comics, because it's quicker to draw. I guess I'll change it up next time.

You can't even change the resolution in MS Paint. Things like line weight, transparency & flow, hard & soft edges, etc., can only be done through absurdly inefficient processes. Kudos to the guy who did this, but you can't equate the final resolution quality with what you get in a professional software package.
