Wrong. This is a great example of what a talented artist can do with crappy software, but that doesn't mean you will get the same quality as you will with a professional program. You can't even change the resolution in MS Paint. Things like line weight, transparency & flow, hard & soft edges, etc., can only be done through absurdly inefficient processes. Kudos to the guy who did this, but you can't equate the final resolution quality with what you get in a professional software package.
