I'm still new to shading realistic fur but I can do it somewhat

You can't do that. You need to use references and draw from life. You have to base your work off of something real if you ever hope to achieve greatness. I'm not saying you can't make "good" artwork by simply slapping things down "where you want them to be" or "where it looks good", because you can. However, if you do this, not only will you improve slowly but you'll also hit a brick wall after a while, all of the skills you've been working so hard on will be completely loving wrong, and it can take years to get yourself out of the bad habits that are holding you back.

Trust me, it's not worth it, just do it right the first time around.

He released two today, I just really dig this one a lot as well and I think it should be shown! As well!

I don't see what's so impressive. It's just a lot of boring CGI with a stuffload of post-processing and layer blending techniques.

Not saying they're not good, but they could stand to be improved. The 3D scenes are really boring and lack detail, especially the second (blue) one.
