You're not accounting for the toe being the final joint in the right leg.  The joint positioning is fine, the problem is leg width on the right foot, and maybe the entire foot could be longer on the left.

I knew there was something wrong with her anatomy, ty both (◡‿◡✿)
Also her left leg/foot was supposed to have a thinner line at the heel area to signify it was farther so there's that.
