New man who I'm currently fleshing out who, for once, 1) isn't a robot 2) doesn't have a predominantly polygonal body 3) isn't colored in grayscale save for a few parts of his body and 4) doesn't have the suffix -tron or trine

you can use imgur, puush, gyazo, lightshot, sharex

tons of image hosting programs out there

As for drawing, you can use either Paint.NET, GIMP, Photoshop (not free), Paint Tool SAI, or MS Paint

Full-body shot, the flower on the side is just a fancy way to show his color scheme (the bulb is his hair, darker parts of the bulb are his poison sacs, stem is his skin)
