When ANYTHING goes up on the internet it isnt under the control of the uploader. Common sense. But if someone stole my content and started using it for a commercial purpose, that is illegal.

And that's not what I meant. I meant if someone took my content without my consent and sold it on turbosquid/used it for a commercial game/made a profit off it in any way, that would be illegal.

No, whoever made PicoRP created the code himself, and he sold the beta before it was released.
