Author Topic: Trackmania sunrise problems.  (Read 2109 times)

Im having problems with this game Ive had for a long time, Trackmania sunrise. I used to have so much fun with this game, but then when I got a new computer I lost the disc.Long story short, I found said disc. I really wanna play it, but it seems to be having problems with my graphic card. If I can figure out how, Ill show the message it gives me as an image but until then.

Your video card preformance has not been found
An automatic bench will be run

Could not retrieve your graphic card preformance
Gameplay video quality may be inadequite

Please enter play code

It never previously asked for any kind of code, so I am confused

Help?

Sorry for the lack of information, but this is all it gives me.

Play code probably means your serial key.

Have fun looking for it if you don't know where it is.

As for the auto benchtest, don't be worried, the game just detected unfamiliar hardware and wanted to figure out your specs.

Your play code is probably the code you enter for online identification.
As it seems as the master servers have stopped their service (Sunrise is an outdated game as opposed to the newer TMUF), but for some reason, in Sunrise, you still need one, which is currently on the Sunrise files of your old computer. I have had the same problem with transferring my profile with TMUF. If you can transfer your TMS bundle to your new computer, it'll do just fine. Otherwise, you might need to contact who you bought it from.

On the start up, if there is one before you enter the game, you may want to lower the GFX settings. I have very little knowledge of GFX cards.

That being said, is it still possible to play the game on my computr without transferring from the old computer.

Can you contact the people you purchased the game from, along with your proof of purchase? That is what many of the TMX forumers suggested I should do when I asked the question.

Edit: You might have to check the contents of the box if you did not purchase the game online, using a download.

Is there any way to do it without callin Customer support. I can't understand indian accents.

Totally not tribal. Have fun trying to solve the issue by yourself.
