Funny Money that doesn't even make sense, if you must do funny money, make it so it converts well to local currency.
Hey, it looks good, but let us play the damn game.
Giving higher level players better weapons, even it out.
Console exclusive features.
Default Xbox controller bindings, I want to choose between xbox and keyboard + mouse.
Keys on console games.
Scripted scenes after every kill or so
Quicktime events
Leveling Enemies
Ridiculous character creation (PLAY WITH SLIDERS UNTIL HE LOOKS LESS MUTANT)
Automatic voice chat

in order for this to work AT ALL the new players need to be BETTER than the high-level players. Problem is though, if they are they'll level up like stuff and do the equivalent of mininuke spamming.

I think RPG games need to be more creative with their quests and such.

I'm tired of the "Get from point A to point B" or "Collect/Defeat an X amount of Y"

Having a bit is alright. But when most of the game's challenges are just that, it gets pretty repetitive and boring
