Author Topic: What the hell is wrong with my body?  (Read 1336 times)

No nothing about lack of richard growth here, but in the last few minutes I have been experiencing:

Slightly painful coughing (Not a lot of mucus)
Faster heart rate
Adrenaline?
And slightly harder breathing

I haven't done any strenuous exercise today, I don't smoke, I'm only slightly chubby, and I am slightly scared.

What might this be and anything I can do to calm myself down?

You been eating a lot of fresh fruit recently?

Lack of richard growth.

Listen to calming music, sit, relax, get water. What were you doing sightly before what happened?

No.

Ask your parents first.

They would just think I'm a hypochondriac. Also, the symptoms are alleviating a little but still are there.

Playing TF2

Coughing usually gets solved when i use a humidifier.
I should know, I've got asthma, coughing is kinda my thing

This happens to me often, you might have a heart problem.  Maybe arrhythmia.  I told my parents about it and they did nothing...so...

If I just stop posting, take it as I'm dead.

Wait, what is the latest age you could develop/show signs of Asthma?

Also I don't think I have asthma.

Any, I would think. I was a lucky one, I outgrew mine.

Well I would think if you never did any strenuous exercise it wouldn't be seen until later.

Take a nap.

Seriously, take a nap. It helps me when I'm feeling sick/odd.

Those can be caused from your coughing. You get scared from painful coughing, your heart rate speeds up, you notice your heart rate is higher and produce adrenaline from fear, and the harder breathing might be caused from your fear.

I searched painful cough and irregular heart rate, none of the results that came up are particularly pleasant...

If the problem persists I would see a doctor.
