Those can be caused from your coughing. You get scared from painful coughing, your heart rate speeds up, you notice your heart rate is higher and produce adrenaline from fear, and the harder breathing might be caused from your fear.

Most likely it, Still, I don't get why I am loving coughing so much, although this has happened to me before where I would go a whole day coughing, but never with those side symptoms.

I searched painful cough and irregular heart rate, none of the results that came up are particularly pleasant...

If the problem persists I would see a doctor.

Oh stuff.

Wait, what is the latest age you could develop/show signs of Asthma?

Also I don't think I have asthma.
Any age at all.

My aunt is almost 20 something and she gained asthma about a year ago.
I was born with it and it doesn't cause much of a problem unless there's a cat or loving cedar

More likely you got excited over tf2 (why wouldn't you) and took too much air in, causing you to cough, then you overreacted which made you jumpy and unable to correctly time your heart rate.

Do you feel tired/exhausted or do you have shortness of breath...?

My granny got asthma around age 63.  :c
Any, I would think. I was a lucky one, I outgrew mine.

Do you feel tired/exhausted or do you have shortness of breath...?

I wouldn't be worried about tiredness considering I've been up for 16+ hours, but the symptoms seem to be going away now. Lungs still loving hurt from the coughing and I keep coughing.

TF2 is likely to give an adrenaline rush. Its why video games are soo addicting, we are addicted to the adrenaline rush we get from the action.

I object.  :c

It gives me heartburn.

That's good. The reason I asked was because cough, increased heart rate, shortness of breath, and exhaustion are all key signs of congestive heart failure.

If its only down to coughing I would give it some time. About a month ago I had a bad cold and when all of the other symptoms went away I developed a pretty bad cough. At times I was coughing about 5 times every 30 seconds. It was hell but it eventually went away on its own. It took quite some time though...

I didn't feel like going to see a doctor but if the coughing persists and you want a potentially faster fix I would see one.

I graduated from there.  Saw you were from Chesapeake and did a double take.

you need to use a blender to mix antibiotics and adrenalin, put them in a turkey baster syringe (those actually exist) and inject it into your heart. that way your parents take you to the hospital.
