I would like to do some 5v5 with blocklanders but its annoying if some of us are level 30 most of the opponents will be 30 with full rune sets :S'

Also if i play jax and they are caster heavy im forgeted lol

Ehh, runes don't help THAT much, they give an edge not a blade.
