1. That's 100% matter of opinion. I would say the guests are more entertaining when I re-watch the episodes. Yes, I occasionally go back and re-watch them to see what I did good, and what I should practice on. Planning is a big thing I need to work on.

Actually, my current mic still makes my voice more like how you hear it. Waaay different in real life. Or so says my 2 or so fans at school.. They just about stalk me, waiting for me to release episodes. :c
