Fallout 1 and 2 made supermutants why exactly wouldn't this have it considering its from the company that made the first two Fallouts?

they were only given the rights to use the fallout name thats all.

it purchased rights to the Fallout franchise from in 2007, citing trademark infringement and attempting to terminate its right to make a Fallout-themed MMO.

They are still making it so i doubt that Bethesda doing that affected fallout online because Interplay is still making it and they are still selling Fallout 1 2 and Tactics on those websites.

It is their company, Its Fallout online, Not fallout 3 online.

Bethesda owns everything fallout related.
