Author Topic: Stupid school blocker  (Read 3333 times)

Just about every website I go on outside of school is blocked in school except for one, that I just found out about today... which is lolbot.net

oh lord  :cookieMonster:

I found a proxy site from Facepunch that someone made. I'm pretty sure it's really good, since it supports many things. http://www.year1812.com/ is the url.

I know something that i want to try.
I'm going to leave my laptop running Teamviewer at home
Get on school computer, run teamviwer.
Access my laptop
Everything I do is happening on my laptop on my connection.  :cookieMonster:

I went on the afterblock website at school once, the next day it was blocked  :cookieMonster:

It's better that you stop trying to bypass a filter that's there for a reason before you get in epic trouble; you'll get found out eventually. Which would you rather have:

Years of full computer access for helpful information for your homework, play on the computer at home.

Get a couple of days of fun on the computer, miss schoolwork, get bad grades, and get your computer privileges taken, possibly at home also if they call your parents.

i found out how to get on facebook and stuff in school with the https thing, my tech teacher didn't give a stuff. Hell, i even told him about it.

Get a couple of days of fun on the computer, miss schoolwork, get bad grades, and get your computer privileges taken, possibly at home also if they call your parents.

That is so melodramatic. Proxies are stupid, at my school a game development discussion website was blocked because it was related to online gaming. If you miss homework and get bad grades, thats your problem.

just use some proxies from http://proxy-zone.net

I hope this helps.  :cookieMonster:

Do homework at school
Come home with no homework
???
Play videogames untill our eyes fall out of your head.
Don't homework at school
Come home and not do homework
Play video games
Do last night's homework in homeroom and throughout day.

They blocked all proxies, already tried that.
They can't block *all* proxies.

They can't block *all* proxies.
Sure you can. I did.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure most schools reserve the right to punish you retroactively if they later realize you used a proxy at some point in the past. Gotta be careful with such things.

No, he came for two reasons:
1. To post images like 4chan
2. To talk about the spam on lolbot before he made Blockbot
