forget I thought the durector was the ship that had people with escape things. Whichship did the director flood with toxin?

No

When Deus Ex activated the core, The Director activated. Then it siphoned power, and so yes, now it has it's own power supply.

And yes, some parts of the ships are flooding with toxins.

I begin to load my revolver, and wipe the sweat off of my forehead. I look onto the screen on the wristband, and I was inside the exterior coridoor of the cargo hold. Cutting though this wall should bring me into the Vendor's office.
