Treyarch taking down PS3 servers?

I heard that Treyarch is taking down Black Ops servers for the PS3 becuase some mad PS3 owner kept complaining. They tried fixing the problem but even Infanty Ward can't fix it. They MIGHT though. I'm hoping they don't. If they do looks like I'm playin more Bad Company 2 lol.

I am really not understanding why so many people dislike the game, the theory of it is quite bland/repetitive but the overall gameplay and feel of it is fine. I like the feel of "rushing" into fights, then if i want a more tactical game, I just go with BFBC2.
