3 second no damage script

There should be a 3 second no damage after you spawn script, you know how it gets anoying when some noob comes and spawn kills you,right? well thats what's the script is for. After a player spawns theey get 3 seconds of infinite life.

The default is definetly not 5 seconds, I'd say more like 500 miliseconds
