ESA can't just shut a site down. They might of decided a lawsuit wasn't worth it.

I don't mind me, just giving out a game that could still be being sold from Steam, or any other service like that.

So they'd just let someone pirate games? I don't think so. They would have sued him years ago.

I don't see why putting 20+ year old video games on the internet is even something to be concerned with anymore.

Some of these games are top sellers on the nintendo virtual stores for wii and DS. So it is potentially causing loss of profits, which is a good reason to sue.

Nevermind, I'm just going to lock this cause you guys just keep talking about legal issues.
