Author Topic: So since my dad is awesome... (Xbox 360 Discussion)  (Read 4436 times)

So my dad and his girlfriend were gone for like forever to who knows where. They told me just now to come and help get groceries out of the trunk. I walk up to the car and there's a loving Xbox 360 box sitting in the trunk. Oh my god. <333

...and so the long process of regathering games begins. You see, this is my fourth Xbox - my first one red ringed when the disc drive died, the second was the replacement of the first, the third was one of the first 360s I got when I had with the replacement and when I moved to live with my dad my mom kept my them and probably sold them off along with my games that I loved so dearly. So here we go again. Many of these are older since, well, my Xbox was older. Feel free to share your gamer tags on Live; I'm on my free month now but I hope I can get it after the trial is over too.

Fable III is boring

I was watching my dad play, the environments are awesome but gameplay seems slow.

Note I didn't choose these. :U

SquishyLemon10, not proud of the name, but I am also like, never on.

-Halo Reach
-Black Ops
-MW2
-GTA 4 episodes from liberty city

thats about it

Is GTA fun? Which is the best?

I tried to buy one once but I wasn't old enough lol.

The gameplay is extremely slow. I don't why some people here said the main storyline was too slow. It took me about 5 hours just to get where

*Spoiler*
the hobbes destory the monorail
and I was rushing.

GTA IV is fun, however San Andreas has a bit more replay value.
Multiplayer on IV makes up for that though.

Earth Defense Force: 2017

you won't regret it

Why the forget would you get Orange Box for xbox?

Get Forza or buy ps3 for gt5 :3

Forza looks boring. :L

And Orange Box looks fun based on the demo... HL2 Ep2.

And what's with some of the people on the TDU demo making weird noises.

The storyline makes no sense, gameplay is pretty average, characters are boring, etc.

Forza is a racing simulator. It's not Burnout, it's a simulator.

OB for the 360 is pretty much garbage

Is Midtown Madness 3 like the first two at all?
I loved those games.

Oh my god Nostalgia (Had 2)

Also, if you want a fun racing game that isn't burnout, trying Flatout: Ultimate Carnage.

Yuki, I know, I like sims but I like some sort of varying objective. Have you yourself played it? And why is Orange Box bad? D:

Im not sure what the first two Midtown Madness games are like, but I had and loved the third. The cities were cool, especially Paris. I spent countless hours cruising, playing as normal traffic, attempting to drive decently with a bus (which never worked, mind you) and running from four police cars.

I've always seen Flatout in stores but never knew if it was good.

It is like burnout, except there is also destruction derbys, mini-games with your driver flying out of a car, racing in city and countryside alike, tons of secret paths, etc.

I might live-stream it since steam had it on sale for 2$ during christmas and I bought 1.
