America occupies countries too at times.
Virtually all major nations do at one time or another.
So you think it's justified? Oh, countries occupy each other all the time, no hard feelings!

It was a good luck sign at one point...

Lol @ the guy who said the soviets never put people in camps or committed genocide, they've obviously never heard of stalin.

forget you. that's not cool

I AM IN NO WAY SUPPORTIVE OF Riddler.

Sorry, people seem to be blind around here.

I don't think Uncle Joe is a fair person to base your opinion all of Soviet Russia on.

It's 8 lines smashed together. Big whoop.

What is your opinion on: The Star of David, the Trident, or The Triangle

That is the decorative Hindu version of the Swastika.

I don't think there is a need to elaborate on what that is.

The Swastika existed long before the national socialist party did; as says a Wikipedia article on the symbol, "Earliest archaeological evidence of swastika-shaped ornaments dates back to the Indus Valley Civilization of Ancient India as well as Classical Antiquity." I personally do not immediately think of the national socialist party when I see a non-national socialist Swastika.

I think it's a black group of lines.

That's actually the symbol for Jainism. It's a precursor to Hindu. The kicker? The entire philosophy of the religion is a life of non-violence toward every living thing.

No one said that, he thought I was overlooking or ignoring that, but what I was saying is that the USSR was not nearly as horrific as the national socialist party.

I can almost guarantee more people died because of what this symbol represents then the swastika.

Religion as a whole is a terrible thing, not for the benefit of man.

It's the hindu symbol of peace, just it became "famous" when national socialists stole it as propoganda.

Where have you been my whole life?

people need to stop looking in one dimension: it isn't physically possible so stop it and look at the full 3d takes on things.
