You need it to enter place and buy somethings when you run out it recharges slowly or you can buy it i think

tl;dr Run out of energy= Nothing to do ingame

Me, Hiiro, Kira, and somebody else whom I'm not sure who he was all got raped.
Then I felt a really sharp pain in the side of my stomach, so Imma lay down for a bit, while my energy's recharging.
