1/3 brick

I dunno what to call it, but I think it'd be very useful for a brick that is 1/3 of a regular 1x1. I know there's flats, but I want one that stands up, and I'd also like a print brick for this.

Incase you don't understand what I want it to look like, here's an example:

or make the player 3x bigger?
but really, there is a grid, if you want to go smaller you can, it's just you won't be able to place other bricks next to it, and it will look weird
