The point of defragging a harddrive is that the needle throws files in the closest free location, And defragging it cleans it up, Ram doesn't do that.

Ram is just memory so it can be defraged

Not entirely true, if you have a lot of ram like some users here, 4+ gigs, then it pretty much is, but if you have very little 1-2gigs then it helps.

Virtual RAM only works about half as good as real RAM, so when you're downloading 2GB, it's practically 1. So download a couple times and you should be good. c:

Lol, my dad got this a week ago, said it will help with games, I put in Mirrors edge and gmod and whatnot, its pretty neat.
