I actually saw two servers using the event_supplydrop add-on today, when I asked one of the hosts why/how they had it, he, Marine24, said, "I cant get it off dont throw vehicle beacon or perma ban".

Doesn't seem like it'd be a hard task to simply remake the mod.
Maybe make it drop the items in a create which you can open up.
