In Blender units a 1x1 brick is 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6 units, where one unit is half the width/height/depth of the starting cube.

There are torque exporters for blender for free online.
Search on google for them, if you can't get it yourself then I'll try to help you.

I have a .dts exporter, and Blender, and Python 2.6.6 (32-bit AND 64-bit), and Python 2.7.1 (32-bit AND 64-bit).
