You "made" a logo with the default GIMP logo maker.
That website is a Webs thing; you didn't even make it, you just edited a layout.

First of all, I was being thrifty in my Boy Scout-ish ways by using a logo maker, and second of all, I'm not gonna pay $10 a month for a clan? Also once again being thrifty, no harm done, except by you, got any comments to that?

Yes.
Just typing the name in PDN with a good font would be better than using GIMP's logo maker.
And a simple and small clan for such a game doesn't need a website.
