Tom

I'm not being arrogant. I've put a lot of work into this and while its not perfect I am proud of what I've done so far. Don't confuse arrogance with confidence.
They must show too many self confidence videos in New Zealand. I having nothing against you feeling proud, but there is a problem when you say that our criticism is worthless.

New Zealand.

Wait, what? I thought it was New Zengland.

I have a suggestion for a future app, not a utility, just another game.

AB 2.0 Dev Update: 16th March 2011
Recently I've been making some new graphics, playing with some concepts. I've improved the home screen design, and have been working with creating a lot of shared resources for the program to cut down memory usage. I also installed a memory cleaner DLL, that cuts AfterBlocks memory usage by 99.8%. Thats right, 99.8%, thats almost 100% more efficient. It does this by regularly and seamlessly freeing memory using a DLL called CleanMem that activates between changing apps among other functions. AfterBlock now consumes less memory than task manager on my computer. Pretty damn good, huh?

I've been working on a new introduction. Two people complained about lack of common GUI forms, namely text boxes. So I added a text box that fits in with the AfterBlock GUI but allows you to click it and type in details just like any other general Windows program. Its a lot nicer than opening a message box and typing in the information. And thats not the only GUI improvement. Also finished recently are minimize, shrink / enlarge, and close buttons in the top right corner, a simple addition to the window that was greatly wanted by many users who disliked the camouflage quit button in AfterBlock 1.0.

Another great improvement is the increased window size. To give more room for apps on screen, the width of the AfterBlock window has been increased by 10%, making apps have a more spacious design and increasing the size and functionality of important elements such as previews for Block Factory among other uses.

Need more features bro.

Off-topic: GAAAH! My Blockland broke.

Does anyone use this anymore :c
I mean really, I opened mine once, and now it just lays in Program Files..

I myself don't even use Afterblock 1.0 because its too resource heavy and I've yet to add enough apps to make it regularly useful.

I used it once. Ya.
If many people were able to make apps for the system then it would be amazing... but alas, this is not to be the case.

YES DO IT
[Zombie Launcher] Fire Blockheads to hold back the incoming hordes of zombies and defend your castle! Gain points by killing zombies to unlock master-killing weapons like the Tri-Launcher!
Bonus Feature: Upload your own Blockhead to see yourself being mauled by zombies!

Actually I was thinking firing me into fields of spike bricks and launcher platforms, and see how far you get before I'm spiked, hung, or in some other way killed spectacularly.

AfterBlock 2.0 is going to use the snipplet system in a way more practical than I've previously described. Sit tight, AfterBlock 2.0 is an climax of really useful, well designed new apps and custom content capabilities, along with all of the practical things people have been requesting and more.

practical climax

Yay!

What are you using for Afterblock, btw? You know no scripting of any kind?

Its Game Maker. Don't judge. Lololoolol.

Seriously? I used Game Maker before. Pretty easy for some of the stuff.
