It's best to start from scratch. So many things are wrong with it and you'd be editing everything. Other than editing everything it would be easier just to restart. Great ideas. I don't really disagree with any of them. The main idea for city RPs is to make them as realistic to real life as possible.

The main thing that makes RPs stuffty is the people that run them. It is so hard to get an admin that won't abuse in any way possible because the admins can't really play and it is so tempting for them to grant themselves money and stuff.

The world will never be able to get CityRPs right unless you have a game completely focused on it. Yes, freekilling is a major problem because there are so many excuses to it. "I was trying to get exp." "He had a hammer." "He may have had money on him."

Cool ideas and all, really looking forward to an RPG, really sick of these crappy ones, JJs and Ibans are crapOns and they suck so, looking forward that new rpg Bauk!
