This game is supposed to be designed with PC in mind, unlike the Bad Company series. Destructible environments, and the return of 64 players (PC only, peasants have to settle for 24) and jets. Some of the maps are apparently located in Paris, Tehran and New York. Not much more is being said at the moment, so I guess I'll be updating as we get more info. Also it doesn't run on XP.

Hopefully there's still the commander slot, I missed that in Bad Company.

from the sound of it, the OP isnt aware that this is how the real battlefield games always have been. not the stuffty spinoff bad company ones.
he seems amazed by 64 players, jets, and PC versions. even though there isnt a new thing in this. its a proper sequel as expected.

and i plan to make this my new fav game ever. battlefield2 was only the greatest shooter ever. about time the series made a new one.

Nice try, but pull your pants up. I've been playing since 2. That's why I said it's the return of 64 players and jets instead of NOW ITS GOT MORE PEOPLE AND AIRPLANES.

why can't consoles handle 64? resistance 2 for the ps3 could handle 64 no problem
