They wasn't for long, now they are again,

Update Sixteen: January 1908

We've moved the factories which were close to the center of town to the other side of the Despues River. This new location offers a lot of space for expansion, perhaps even a place to dock cargo ships to export things down river. These new factories provide a lot more jobs then the previous ones.

Businesses rushed to claim the land vacated by the old factories. This whole block is now filled with offices and retail, and is now the business center of West San Ramon.

Taller offices have been constructed in downtown. These buildings add a lot to the skyline of San Ramon. All this expansion is boosting the desire for apartments and denser housing.

The Proposal

We need denser housing. Many developers want to leap at the chance to build row homes and apartment blocks near downtown San Ramon. We've had three offers to rebuild sections of neighborhoods close to Main Street, all would boost the population by around 1500, it's just location that needs to be addressed.

List of Proposals:

Purple: Offers denser housing around the new business sector in West San Ramon.

Orange: Offers denser housing for and around Main Street. Close to School.

Green: Offers denser housing around the Western Rail HQ and the large office complex to the South.

You have a day for voting my darlings.

Orange.
Less gas for taking children to school, and a bit more area.

Orange; Better location near schools and away from the center of town, but still close enough to be involved. :D

Orange; Families that have children will have less of a problem taking their kids to school, and less danger if the kids walk because they're close enough to home.

Update Seventeen: December 1908

Some large apartment buildings and row houses have been built along the street behind Main Street. These will rush in a new age of growth for the town, so expect more density proposals soon. But before we get denser, we should get bigger.

Packed together homes and tall apartments near the Western Rail HQ and Church.

Near the apartments is the Western Rail HQ, looking pretty small compared to other buildings in downtown. We should update the office to increase efficiency for the rail system. Also, look behind the HQ; such a wide open space ripe for development...

Speaking of wide open space... Just look at all of this. We should try to expand over here soon.

The Proposal

More housing! Yes, we need to expand out before we can expand up wholeheartedly. These next few updates will be ripe with large developments at the fringe of the town. This is just the start.

So these are all housing developments, but some include perks; so read the descriptions before voting.

List of Proposals

Yellow: A housing estate that expands towards the other side of the valley. Includes an expansion to the Western Rail HQ; boosting speed and efficiency for the rail system.

Blue: A housing estate that expands towards the Processing Plant. These homes will be close to the jobs provided by the mines and factories.

Green: A Housing estate that expands towards the Despues River and the Processing Plant. Houses here will be close to the jobs from the Processing Plant and the factory complex on the other side of the river. Would also include a public square; the first park in San Ramon.

Weigh the options, and vote. You have a day. I'll try to be on time. :P

Green; A good amount of space, near work and school, and expands on existing neighborhoods. Citizens would probably be happy for the new pak, as well. C:
